Refund & Return Policy

1. Introduction

At TTS Cyber ("TTSCyber"), we aim to provide exceptional digital services and subscriptions. Because our services are digital and primarily consumed through our proprietary "Credit" system, our return and refund policies differ from those of physical goods. Please read these terms carefully.

2. The Credit System

Purchases on the TTS Cyber Platform are made using our virtual currency, referred to as Credits. When you purchase a credit package using your local currency (e.g., ZAR), the credits are added to your platform wallet. These credits are then used to provision services, software licenses, or recurring subscriptions.

3. Refund Policy for Credit Purchases

Credit purchases (converting ZAR to Credits) are generally non-refundable once the credits have been partially or fully consumed. However, we provide an exception for unused credits to accommodate mistaken purchases:

  • Unused Credit Refunds: You may request a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchasing a credit package, provided that zero credits from that package have been spent or reserved for active services.
  • Consumed Credits: Once any credits from a purchased package are used to provision a service or pay for a subscription, that specific credit package is no longer eligible for a cash refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Policy for Service Subscriptions

When you use your credits to purchase digital services or recurring software subscriptions, the following cancellation and refund rules apply:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an active subscription at any time through the Customer Portal.
  • Prorated Refunds: Upon cancellation of an active subscription, the remaining unused portion of your term will be calculated and refunded in Credits back to your platform wallet.
  • Cancellation Penalties: Long-term commitments receive discounted rates. Consequently, cancelling long-term commitments early incurs a penalty deducted from your prorated credit refund:
    • Annual Commitments: Incur a 25% penalty on the remaining reserved credits.
    • 3-Year Commitments: Incur a 30% penalty on the remaining reserved credits.
    • Monthly / One-Time: Generally do not incur penalties beyond the current billing cycle.

Note: Refunds issued for cancelled services are applied strictly as Platform Credits to your wallet. These refunded credits hold no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted back to ZAR. They may be used for future services on the platform.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Credits that have been spent on one-time professional services or training enrollments that have already commenced.
  • Subscription renewals that have already been billed (cancellations apply to future billing cycles).
  • Any service suspended due to Terms of Service violations.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation or request a refund on unused credits:

  1. Log into your Customer Portal.
  2. To cancel a subscription, navigate to My Subscriptions, select the service, and click "Cancel Subscription". The system will automatically calculate your prorated credit refund.
  3. To request a cash refund for an unused credit package within the 14-day window, please contact our support team.

Refunds to original payment methods (for unused credits) may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
